GTBC Promotes Thorold Business at New Members Breakfast

Making business introductions was an interactive part of the networking at the New Members Breakfast hosted by the Greater Thorold Business Council at Club Belvedere on November 24.
Some of the new members introduced at the event included Anna Schmoll, Rose Hill Lane | Personal Support, Laurie Anne Lamothe, Yoga Centre of Niagara / Espavo Boutique; Karen Head, Monat; Rene Inman, Chapel Street Designs, Juanita McLean, Seniors on the Move; Tan Quereshi, Computan, among others.

We enjoyed an informative and entertaining presentation by Jean D’Amelio Swyer, member of the City of Thorold’s Ad Hoc Age Friendly Committee.
Jean updated the audience of 30 members by presenting demographic data and the trends in the local seniors population. We also learned about interesting plans for a conference in Thorold slated for June 2017 with the City of Thorold Age Friendly Committee.
