The Niagara Peninsula Foundation For Children was extremely pleased to partner with Club Capri to host the successful 2022 Elimination Draw and Dinner on March 30th. The annual charity fundraising event was held at Club Capri for many years, but there was a hiatus because of the restrictions imposed during the pandemic. Fortunately, the reopening of events in 2022 allowed for a renewed community spirit that came alive as patrons enjoyed a fun night at Club Capri Banquet Centre in Thorold.
“The dinner sold out quickly and the reviews by ticket holders in attendance that night were nothing but very positive. The food was delicious, the staff was great, and Club Capri raised over $2500 to help the Foundation with their mission to support charitable organizations that assist disadvantaged children and families of children with disabilities in the Niagara Region,”

A ticket to the all-inclusive fundraising event cost $75 per person. Along with dinner and beverages for the night, ticket holders received chances to win great prizes in a reverse draw:
- First prize $800
- Second prize $275
- Bonus prize every 25th ticket drawn
“To top the night off the NPFFC presented a cheque to Wellspring Niagara in the amount of $5000 to help them assist children they service fighting cancer,”

NPFFC Assists Disadvantaged Children & Children with Special Needs in Niagara
The Niagara Peninsula Foundation for Children was established with the goal to support charitable organizations that assist disadvantaged children and children with special needs in the Region of Niagara.
From Jack’s perspective, the partnership the Niagara Peninsula Foundation For Children enjoys with Club Capri is a win for our community and our children in the region. These events allow the Foundation to keep giving back to those in need in the Niagara Region.
