Yoga Centre of Niagara Hosts Business After Five

When the Business After Five event was hosted at the Yoga Centre of Niagara on September 21 visitors were introduced to more than the traditional physical, mental, and spiritual practices.
The networking event held in collaboration with the Greater Thorold Business Council featured a variety of services associated with the Yoga Centre including artists, hair styling, reflexologist, and a massage therapist.
Live demonstrations were offered for people to try the experience. Paintings by Leah Klassen were displayed for appreciation or purchase. People toured the facility where bodies can move, breathe and heal. Healthy snacks were enjoyed as everyone mingled.  The event was held in collaboration with the Greater Thorold Business Council.

Pictured at the event, Artist (Chapel Street Designs) Rene Inman and Yoga Centre of Niagara owner, Laurie-Anne Lamothe celebrated with friends in business.

We were happy to connect with local business owners and community leaders including Diana Aiello from A Yellow Flower Basket,   Nick from Riganelli’s Bakery, Mayor Ted Luciani, Joanne and Rebecca from the Thorold Public Library among many other people in attendance.  Look for more event photos in the October edition of snapd St. Catharines / Thorold.
