Pumpkins are popping up as the circular stars of October in Thorold. You can pick up a plump pumpkin from the Lions Club on Saturdays in October, 9 am to 2 pm, Pine Street lot ( corner of Sullivan) for only $5 each.
Pick Your Pumpkin – $5 Each
Take home a pumpkin to make Thanksgiving desserts, or carve one up for a Halloween jack-o’-lantern. Use the pumpkin seeds to create a healthy snack. It’s all good when we support our local Lions Club and have fun with pumpkins or drop by and offer a donation.
