Canada Games Park – Indoor Track
Canada Games Park is open for walkers and runners. Visit the Canada Games Park near Brock University in Thorold (free parking entrance via Merrittville Highway). You will find a 200 meter suspended indoor walking track located on the upper level of the facility. The track overlooks the gym located below. The indoor track is open to members of the public to use for free. People of all ages and abilities can use the track for walking and running.
TCAG Recreation Programs
The Thorold Community Activities Centre offers numerous programs for adults and youth classes. Go to their website to learn about adult programs schedule including morning fitness, yoga, pickleball, tai chi, karate, among other classes. The TCAG is located at 131 Richmond Street, Thorold.
