On behalf of the Board of Directors I am pleased to announce that following a strategic
and diligent search process Megan Gilchrist has been selected to succeed Dan Pelletier as

Some of Megan’s strengths include volunteer recruitment/development, working with
large staff teams, demonstrated ability to network within the community, managing
customer issues, leadership/youth leadership development and grant writing. In her
personal life Megan exhibits a profound commitment to the community through
philanthropic support and has demonstrated enthusiasm and excitement toward attaining
the role and responsibilities of the TCAG’s Executive Director. One of Megan’s
references advised us that “you would be wise to scoop her up while you can”.

“I look forward to continuing the incredible work Dan has initiated and established at the
TCAG, and am excited by the opportunities for growth ahead.  I am eager to add my voice
to the team chorus of the TCAG’s staff, board and community.” –

Megan Gilchrist

I wish to thank the members of the Board of Directors for their commitment to the search
process to help ensure a healthy and successful transition. Dan has agreed to provide the
Board with support and direction as requested while Megan works on becoming fully
oriented to the TCAG’s strategic priorities.
