Thorold Leaders Prayer Breakfast – November 23

On Tuesday, November 23 at 7:00-8:30 am, The Thorold Ministerial, also known as One Church Thorold, will host the 4th annual Thorold Leaders Prayer Breakfast at Club Capri in Thorold (online via Zoom is optional). Tickets can be purchased at Eventbrite for $20.00. The theme for this year’s prayer breakfast is “Peace of the City.”

Last year, one individual who attended the event declared, “The Prayer Breakfast fed my need for community which I miss in these difficult and safe distancing times. It did my heart good and reminded me of my daily role in Thorold.”

Connect with Local Leaders Over Breakfast

The Prayer Breakfast includes a time to connect with local leaders over breakfast at Club Capri or over Zoom. Various Thorold leaders will be present from Thorold churches, businesses, community organizations, government and public service representatives.

Over breakfast and connection, we will hear from this year’s speaker, Pastor Terence Schilstra. Terence is the pastor of the Table in Downtown Thorold and author of the book Peace of the City; A Handbook for Missional Communities.

After the speaker, we will hear updates from city wide One Thorold movement and leaders including Mayor Terry Ugililini.

As always, the Prayer Breakfast will have a time of prayer, seeking the heart of God and laying before him the ongoing needs and work in our city and prayer for the various leaders and organizations that serve our city.
