Please be advised of future road closures for Thorold Tunnel (Highway 58) in Thorold for MTO 2023-2058 starting approximately on Monday, April 8, 2024, until Thursday June 6, 2024.
Lane closure restrictions on Highway 58, through the Thorold Tunnel from Pine Street (Regional Road 67) to Davis Road/Thorold Stone Road in Thorold will occur during this time frame for full road closure of the Thorold Tunnel (Highway 58) will occur nightly.
Traffic will be detoured per below:
- Westbound traffic: Davis Road (Highway 58) > Lundy’s Ln (Highway 20) > HWY406
- Eastbound traffic: HWY406 > Lundy’s Ln (Highway 20) > Davis Road (Highway 58)
- Businesses and residents will have access at all times between Pine Street and Collier Road S.
- Emergency services will have limited access through tunnel or follow detour routes around project location.
