Did you notice the Miracle on Front Street during the Thorold Santa Claus Parade on November 26?
It happened between 4 and 6 pm to help make life a bit more comfortable for the women at Gillian’s Place.
Volunteers from T Dot Auto Sales, the City of Thorold and Thorold Blackhawks U11 Rep Hockey Team collected donations for the wonderful people at Gillian’s Place. Throughout the Parade route, volunteers thanked donors for handing in brand new women’s toiletry products such as deodorant, shampoos, soap, slippers, body washes, etc.
The Miracle was an overwhelming success.
