Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers – Recipe – Party Review

By Paul Carfagnini

What could I bring to treat some friends at a round-up party on a Tuesday night in Thorold?
This was the question to answer for an August kick-off party with our Thorold High alumni.
It was a mighty fine get-together hosted by Jim Smolak to welcome Thoroldite Mario Domanico for a summer soiree before he returns to his new home in Florida, USA.

We also raised a glass for a belated birthday toast to say cheers to Jim.

This group of Thorold High grads are still rockin’ after all these years. We like it hot! So I figured some Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers would fire up the festivities along with other delicious foods Jim had on the menu.
