It could be the last supper for the Monthly Pasta Dinner at Holy Rosary Church Hall, but you could be one of the heroes to help us save the local event on March 1. The fundraising dinner that has been a tradition at Holy Rosary recently slipped in attendance. Actually, the February dinner was produced at a financial loss due to low attendance.
In the weekly announcements following the 11 am mass service on Sunday, Holy Rosary Pastor, Rev. Christopher Szczepanik said the parish needs to turn attendance up or the monthly dinner will be cancelled.
Please come to the dinner and help spread the open invitation to all people in our community. If you want a delicious meal at a fair price, then this is the place to be, and no washing dishes! Bring your family and friends to the parish hall on Queen Street (corner of Sullivan Ave.) Thursday, March 1, 4 pm to 7 pm. Enjoy penne with tomato or white sauce, meatballs, sausage, salad, rolls, coffee/tea (eat-in only). Come for a delicious value at only $12 per adult.
Who will be a hero and spread the word to promote the Holy Rosary Monthly Pasta Dinner? Can you form a group for a table? We look forward to joining you and many others at the dinner.
